Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Flour Will Fly classes and workshops and form an agreement between you and us. By booking a Flour Will Fly event, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
What’s included:
We provide all necessary ingredients, utensils, equipment, aprons, and carrier bags for our courses. Some meals are included—please refer to the specific course details for more information.
We reserve the right to make amendments to course content and recipes without prior notice.
Age requirements:
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. If, at any point, a tutor deems a child disruptive, both the adult and child may be asked to leave.
Health & Safety:
Participants must wear flat, non-slip shoes for safety. We recommend practical clothing, as we are not responsible for any damage to personal items.
If you have had a recent food-related illness or have open wounds, we advise you not to attend. Unfortunately, no refunds or rebooking options are available in these instances.
All open wounds must be covered, preferably with a blue plaster. If you do not have one, we can provide one upon arrival.
Lateness:
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your class — this time is essential for handwashing and settling into your assigned workstation.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and, regrettably, no refunds or rebooking options are available due to the nature of our business. Your punctuality ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. This clause applies even if you informed us of your delay via text, emails or direct messages on social media.
Special dietary requirements & food allergies:
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, pregnancy, learning difficulties, etc. We will be happy to discuss course content beforehand and make adjustments whenever possible.
Payment:
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We do not take provisional bookings and cannot confirm your place on a course until we receive full payment.
Gift Vouchers:
After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your voucher code, which is required for redemption.
Gift vouchers are valid for 13 months and are non-refundable.
Expiry dates cannot be extended.
Vouchers can only be redeemed for cookery classes and not for purchasing products, alcohol, or other gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are transferable.
Class availability is not guaranteed within the 13-month validity period.
Changes & Cancellations:
All change or cancellation requests must be made via email at hello@flourwillfly.com. We do not accept requests via social media.
