T&Cs in Full
Please read these terms carefully before booking any of our classes or events. By making a booking with Flour Will Fly Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following conditions.
Bookings
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Spaces are only guaranteed once payment has been received in full.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the unlikely event of error, overbooking, or other exceptional circumstances.
Age Restrictions
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who has also booked and paid for a place.
Our classes are designed for adults and may involve the use of sharp tools, hot equipment, and alcohol
Changes to Bookings
You may move your booking to another available date free of charge up to 15 days before your scheduled class.
Within 15 days of the event, we are unable to reschedule, transfer, or credit your booking.
Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this rule, regardless of the reason, as all preparation costs and staff scheduling are in place by then.
Refunds and Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.
You are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend. Please let us know their name and any relevant dietary information in advance.
Refunds are not issued for non-attendance or late arrival (see ‘Changes to Bookings’ section).
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a class due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (e.g. travel or accommodation).
Tardiness and Attendance
Classes start promptly. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, as this would disrupt the experience for other guests.
Missed portions of a class cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
Vouchers are valid for 13 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
Voucher holders are advised to book early, as we cannot guarantee availability for specific classes or dates.
Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers.
Food Restrictions and Allergens
We can accommodate some dietary restrictions and allergies with prior notice.
Please note that we handle nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, and sesame on the premises.
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from allergens.
If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before booking to discuss your needs.
Attendance is at your own risk if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
Health and Safety
All participants must follow staff instructions and safety guidance during the class.
We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or disregard for safety procedures.
Alcohol may be served at some classes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or behaving in a way that could cause harm or disruption.
Photography and Media
We occasionally take photos or videos during our classes for marketing purposes.
By attending, you grant us permission to use these images in our promotional materials and social media.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know upon arrival.
Liability
We are not liable for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen during your visit.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your booking or attendance is limited to the price paid for your class.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
